Plans that collapse by Sunday evening, and a smaller one that can survive.

Batch the small tasks into one block with an end time. Give the important work a named slot before the batch, even if the slot is short.

The plan was written for a person with an empty morning. Cut it until Monday's first hour can survive a late train and a normal mood.
